Securing a mortgage loan is usually never an enjoyable or easy process for first-time homebuyers, but luckily my wife and I had Robert Tennyson and Pascale Romero on our team!
Rob, our loan officer, and his assistant Pascale brought many traits and skills to the table that not only assisted, but likely made it possible, for our ability to secure our home loan. We had many constraints with regards to our down payment due to the price of the house of interest and the timing it came onto the market, but Rob and Pascale worked hard, professionally, and expeditiously in order to qualify us and lock in a competitive interest rate. Rob even made special phone calls to higher-ups in the company to fight for us in getting a lower interest rate. Both Rob and Pascale were very responsive and easy to reach whether it be by phone, text, or email. Trying to buy a home can be very stressful and emotional for buyers, causing them to constantly call for progress updates. Rob and Pascale always gladly and timely answered inquiries and never tried to avoid conversation. I am very impressed by their professionalism and devotion of attention to my wife's and my loan.
