How to eSign with the APM Mobile App

Before Getting Started

  • If you downloaded the mobile app after receiving your documents CLICK HERE for instructions to eSign.

  • Authorization Code = the last 4 digits of each borrower’s Social Security Number (i.e. 4444).

  • Married borrowers with a joint email can use the same logins. Married borrowers with a joint email can both have access to their accounts on different devices. Or they can choose to use the same device.

 

eSign with the APM Mobile App

1. You will receive a notification or an email when disclosures are ready to eSign, open the email and click Get Started.

2. Log in to the APM Mobile App. The disclosure package to be signed will be located on the My Loan screen under the “Requested Docs” section, select the package to be signed.

3. DocuSign will open. Check the box for “I agree to use electronic records and signatures,” then click Continue.

4. The Disclosure Package will open. Click Start to proceed to the first section to sign.

5. Click the yellow highlighted boxes to eSign.

6. The first time you eSign, you will need to adopt a signature:

  • Complete First Name and Initials.

  • Click Select Style to choose a pre-selected style.

  • Click Adopt and Sign.

7. Continue clicking Next to complete all signature lines or checkboxes. All signatures and checkboxes is skipped must be completed before the Finish button will activate.

8. Click Finish to complete eSign and submit the disclosure package

After the document has been submitted, you will be returned to the My Loan screen in the mobile app and the package will now show “Completed”.

eSign with the SimpleNexus Web Portal

If your documents were sent to your mobile app but you would like to sign them on a computer or laptop, use the following instructions.

1. Log into the SimpleNexus web portal and click Sign next to “Disclosure Package 1” under “Urgent Documents.”

2. DocuSign will open. Read the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure and then select the box “I agree to use electronic records and signatures.” Click Continue.

3. Select Start to begin eSign.

4. The first time you eSign, you will need to adopt a signature:

  • Complete First Name and Initials.

  • Click Select Style to choose a pre-selected style.

  • Click Adopt and Sign.

  • NOTE: This will only need to be completed once; once selected, this signature will be used for all subsequent signings

5. Blue arrows indicate where an eSignature is needed. Click the yellow highlighted boxes to eSign.

6. The pages will automatically scroll to the next signature line.

7. Navigate through each required signature. When all disclosures have been eSigned, click Finish.
